We each have to walk our own path, that we may step into our own place of power and purpose. There are no right ways or only ways, but there are better and worse ways.
Acceleration is the intention and requisite investment to shorten the path of Actualisation without compromising Essence or Alignment.
You will do all the work, do what you have never done, go where you have never gone, stand in this world in a way you only dreamed of, and a year from now all your current ideas of your potential will seem small to you.

The Invitation
Every true gift, is an invitation to the deeper gift.
This is an invitation to begin a new part of your journey.
What you are seeking has also been seeking you, but sometimes neither it nor you, were ready, yet. The path to true Actualisation is always circuitous; we must first become thoroughly and hopeless lost before we can long, deeply to find, and to be found.
The closer you leaned into the truth of who and what you are, the more you became prepared and ready to let go of the way you had been attempting to hold the conversation, the more ready you became to wait and allow everything to be as per its own season. And the season is here now.
We needed to accept that people and our gifts and our purpose, arrive together only when we can open ourselves to the Invitation, and allow ourselves to be guided through an initiation into the unfolding seasonality of how those three things meet and can only meet at this moment, accepting fully that it is something that will change and keep changing.
The Invitation is a progressive Unfolding. So are we; We are also a progressive unfolding, so are our gifts, so are all people, and so are all places and therefore, so is the Truth.
The invitation is to make the kind of progress on this journey worth all the discomfort and pain you have endured and more.
Everything is waiting for you.

Principles
Adhering to The Way.
Cadence
Cadence (or Steadiness) is the Essence of Stillness expressed as Movement (Action).
This is the principle of rhythm, entrainment.
This is the pendulum, the orbit, the tides and seasons.
By this reasoning, our exchange will follow a natural cadence.
Form & Flow
Nature teaches the wisdom of Form & Flow.
Form is the essence of structure nature demands to channel the potential of Flow, to leverage its vitality and generative properties while moderating its destructive chaotic aspects.
Just like a river will change course when it must, our Form will, aside from the aspect of structure and channeling, also be subject to Flow, and will by definition, evolve over time.
This is the yin-yang of all of creation
Stance
Emotion is to do with motion, that is how we are ‘Moved’. Emotion is not something one should harbour, it is something that seeks to move through us, a call to Action or Expression.
The essence of Action and Expression without acting or expressing actively, is Stance.
Stance is the passive expression of Will. Will is what sets the rudder.
The stance we will adopt is of self-leadership and love over fear.
Reason, is the river which leads back to the source
and fills the entire ocean of meaning.

Just to be Clear
My own deepest wish was to be Well, truly well. When I began I was not sure what that meant. I have spent the last six years living my life as a divorcee, a husband, a father, a philosopher and leader devoted to nothing else. The journey took much and gave me everything.
What ‘wellness’ came to mean, the fullness of that desire that unfolded was Connection, Alignment, Authenticity, Vitality, Self-Love, Integrity and Purpose. The more sincerely I pursued these outcomes, the more I came to understand that wellness implied also, by definition, Discernment, Self-Permission, Stillness and a formidable Will.
The clearer I got, the more my own life Purpose, and my sense of Meaning emerged.
My true desire, what fulfils me is bringing my own light my own genius and craft to the project of helping as many as I can, step into the inheritance of their own. I do this work with individuals and in a wider arena. We all have halos, and when they shine, we shine. We all have a genius, the privilege and duty of a human life is to explore and cultivate our genius and connect with our purpose in this voyage.
When we are clear on our purpose and clear in our Understanding of our place in this world, our life goes from being an arduous journey in exile, to a epic pilgrimage of daring adventure and great Meaning.

The Agreement
TERMS
This Agreement for me to guide the Applicant (you/your), is conditional to a sacred container being established based on these mutual understandings:
- That you want to grow and Actualise and accept the necessary challenges and impacts to your life.
- That you are responsible for your own emotions and resilience.
- That you understand Consent.
- Acceleration requires the specific 'affecting' of pace and vector.
- Unsolicited challenge is what arises when the one know knows
- In order to affect pace there needs to be efficiency of exchange. Anything less, and the resulting resistance causes too much friction. The friction arrests acceleration.
- In order to align with vector there needs to be regular assessment and regular correction. Any reluctance in responsiveness requires deceleration and reset. Such disruption is antithetical to acceleration. Any distortion of message will result in impaired guidance.
- Efficiency of acceleration requires fidelity of interface. Fidelity of interface is improved over time.
- Optimal Acceleration is determined by your openness to unsolicited challenge of your perspective, perceptions, beliefs, understanding and expectations.
- Distortions of message indicate a lack of trust, a lack of self-ownership or a lack of discernment.
- Trust is awarded to the measure of one’s own integrity and self-ownership.
- The appropriate establishment of this container is via agreement.
- Promises in their attempt to be without limit, are static and binding in the interests of providing the illusion of safety via control. Every promise of safety requires a compromise of freedom and an ultimate assault on the integrity.
- Agreements apply in the context of their limits and are thus adaptable and have terms, both in the sense of mutually agreed conditions and in the sense of validity in time. Agreements can co-evolve in step with the growth of discernment, agency and integrity.
ME
- If I know something of value I will speak it. If I don’t know I will simply acknowledge that, or ask questions, or remain silent.
- If I am claiming meaningful understanding or attainment in something, constructive challenge is helpful to both. I commit to explaining or demonstrating the veracity, provided you have the patience and the courage to try and understand. Alternatively, you wont find me making claims about things I am not, or cannot do.
- If I am digging my heels in, it is because I believe in the cause on principle in Alignment with love.
- If I am mistaken, I commit to remaining amenable to appeal or correction, but I don’t count being emotionally triggered as a valid argument.
- My pointing out logical fallacies or cognitive biases inherent in any counter argument does not constitute argument on my part; it simply an insistence on a prudent standard of debate.
- As soon as I know better I will do better. We are all learning.
YOU
- Consent can only be asked of and given by an Adult.
- Adults walk but do not run. Any party in Consent may withdraw consent pursuant to a conversation with no further obligation.
- Overwhelm is a symptom of my failure to regulate the exchange of message and energy according to my Will.
- Will is developed by exercise. Not all exercise is necessarily comfortable.
- Strength is a decision. Kindness is not the greater kindness. Fear is not Danger. Pain is not Injury. Discomfort is not Loss. Surrender is not Passivity.
- This agreement is made under the rubric of Consent.
- In every moment, I own my decision. I own my outcome. I own my reaction.
- The pace of my receiving of exchange will be determined by my discernment and my expression of my Will.
- Overwhelm is a symptom of my failure to regulate the exchange of message and energy according to my Will.
CODA
The container will be a living, growing, evolving thing. This agreement is a living thing and will evolve as the learnings evolve; If the way is not seeking always better ways, it is not The Way.
